MEET OUR TEAM

The Standard Behind The Brand

At Relentless Remuda, excellence is not accidental. It is built daily through discipline, precision, and a team committed to developing elite performance horses at the highest level of the rope horse industry.

Every member of our program plays a strategic role in maintaining the standards that define the Remuda — from foundational colt development to championship preparation.

Preston Brown

Operations manager

Preston has been a cornerstone of Trevor’s program since long before the launch of Relentless Remuda. His leadership and steady presence have helped shape the foundation this program stands on today.

As Operations Manager, Preston oversees the day-to-day function of the facility — ensuring the barn runs efficiently, the horses receive consistent care, and every detail is handled with precision. From coordinating schedules and managing logistics to assisting at shows, Preston plays a key role in maintaining the high standard that defines the Remuda.

His loyalty, work ethic, and deep understanding of the program make him an invaluable asset and a driving force behind its continued success.

Justin Glover

Young Horse Development & Operations

Justin shares in the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the program while also leading the early development of our two-year-olds.

He starts colts in-house, focusing on foundational education, softness, responsiveness, and confidence, establishing the groundwork that prepares them for the next stages of training. His approach emphasizes patience, feel, and building a correct start from the very first ride.

In addition to colt development, Justin assists with saddling, horse care, show support, and transportation logistics. His role bridges foundational training and daily program execution, making him an invaluable asset to the Remuda.

Colby Schley

Equine Operations Coordinator

Colby is an essential part of the daily operations at Relentless Remuda. He oversees horse preparation, saddling, and grooming while maintaining the highest level of care in the barn.

From managing manes and tails to assisting at shows, hauling to veterinary appointments, and ensuring horses are properly prepared for training and competition, Colby plays a critical role in keeping the program running efficiently. His consistency and attention to detail allow the training focus to remain where it belongs — on developing elite performance horses.
